  - Provide prompt pre-sales support related to Pilz products and safety solution within time and
  quality
  - Develop and present Pilz safety application solution to customer
  - Provide prompt product technical support to customers within time and quality
  - Follow up with customers in a timely manner to ensure all product technical issues are addressed
  to satisfaction after resolution or troubleshooting
  - Deliver safety consulting projects by adapting and applying international and local machinery
  safety standards, conducting onsite risk assessment and safety validation, preparing risk
  assessment and safety validation reports and presenting the final reports to customers
  - Provide safety concept and safety control system design drawings to meet required PL and CAT
  - Provide Pilz product and safety training to customers when required
  - Provide technical support to the company events, roadshows and exhibitions when required
