- Strategically develop online business, the overall coordinator of the Southeast Asian Market, focusing on sales forecasts, improve marketing, effectively promote new products and budget management etc.
- Leadership for international online business team focusing on continuous improvement and management, develops strong technical via training.
- Be responsible for the Southeast Asian market, control the yearly/monthly sales reporting, coaching and responsible on the overall performance of the team.
- Build, develop and manage the business teams be able to compete in the cross-border E-Commerce platforms.
- Build the cooperation with the headquarters, purchase management, protect deposition, purchase and payment.
- Audit Analysis the marketing environment, target plans and business events of Southeast Asian E-Commerce including adjustment strategic and marketing plans, built in preventive and corrective measures
资格
应征条件
【Must】
- Male / Female | Age over 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Good English and Chinese in both speaking and writing, and Japanese a bit is a plus
- Work experience in Cosmetic and similar position more than 5 years for an online business overall in Southeast Asia.
- Familiar with international platforms, including E-Bay , AliExpress , Amazon , Ali International etc., At the same time should be familiar with more than 3 items the recognizable local platforms, such as Lazada, Shopee, Lelong, Zalora, Qoo10, Goshop, Hermo, EZbuy, FashionValet and SG shop etc.
[Advantage]:
- Familiar with the traditions of Southeast Asia, experience of life in the three countries in Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Strong business acumen and excellent internet marketing, an ability to channel development and customer management.
