  [We want to hire one more BOI staff.]
  -Book vessel, Ship, flight with Forwarder.
  -Follow up shipment with sales dept to meet closing time
  -Input data in the Import report.
  -Check the correctness of Import declaration and shipping document.
  -Follow up Import entry status form shipping agent.
  -Keep and file shipping document for Customs port-audit.
  -Check the correctness of billing statement before passing to A/C dept.
  -Prepare document for post clearance.
  -File claim against the insurance company in case of damaged cargo found at the destination. (some cases)
  -Submit C/O form to DFT and follow up till get the original.
  -Ask for customs clearance charge and freight rate quotation from an agent or freight F/W
  -Submit return materials under BOI to oversea.
  -Evaluate the performance of each shipping agent via sub-contractor evaluation report.
