工作内容
- Initiate sales target and strategy compared with other competitors to improve sales performance and market shares.
- Develop sales schemes and planning to motivate current distributors and increase new potential distributors
- Set up distributor's sales standard maintain high performance of each distributor.
- Collect customer needs and requirements to improve sales performance and increase customer satisfaction
- Manage and collaborate with distributor to support sales activity for their sales event, roadshow, exhibition, seminar, webinar.应征条件
[Must]:
• Male only | Age: over 35 years old. • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Have experience in factory automation and Distributor support.
• Familiar with Industrial Automation products, i.e. PLC, HMI, Safety (Interlock Switch, Laser Scanner, Sensor, etc.)
• Minimum 10 years in sales and management level, Strong leadership roles and responsibility.
• Own car and has driving license
• Good command of spoken and written English. • Good negotiation skills
• Ability to think and work independently.英文
