• 工作内容

  -Liaise with Business Units, Production Engineering and suppliers to facilitate the smooth transition of NPI projects, identify and resolve manufacturing and documentation issues, identify and validate new suppliers who will robust enough to meet the challenges of the business.
  -Support the Product Development department with cost down initiatives, analyses spend profile to identify cost down opportunities and implement to the suppliers.
  - Find solution to the constant cost up pressure from the supply chain and work closely with the suppliers to negate these increases.
  -Provide technical manufacturing support to the supply chain; find real time solutions to manufacturing, quality, lead-time problems and commercial constraints.
  -Manage Procurement section to make sure the department goals are achieved, and the corporate procurement direction is followed
  - Develop procurement strategy and risk management from industrial trend analysis.
  -Supplier optimization by choosing an optimum mix of vendors who can provide the best prices and terms.
  -Strategic relationship management with suppliers and secure supply contract management with all main suppliers.
  -Develop bidding process and conducting bidding event if needed.
  -Establish Procurement policies, procedures and standards and ensure conformance to such policies, procedures and standards.
