    - Find proper tenants for available rooms
    - Assist with collection of rent, payment of expenses
    - Assist with monitoring aged receivables and collection efforts on a monthly basis
    - Serve as a liaison between tenants and Property Manager and responsible for tenant needs in a timely manner
    - Prepare miscellaneous reports, documents, including background documents as necessary
    - Maintain positive relationships and coordinate with team, company’s clients, tenants, and follow through on issues in timely manner

资格

  • 应征条件

    【Must】
    - Bachelor Degree in any fields
    - Age 25-35 Years Old, Gender: Male or Female
    - Work experience minimum 2-3 years in real estate/sole agents especially condo sole agents
    - Well communicate in Thai and English

    【Others】
    - Computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint/PDF)
    - Ability to work under pressure and solve problems
    - Skills in Basic Calculation
    - Skills in documentation (Correct, Well-organized and easy-to-understand)
    - Good personality and service mind
    - Flexible and optimistic attitude
