【Main Duty】
- Implementing and developing company and Human Resources policies.
- Assisting with overseeing all HR activities such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee services, and manpower planning.
- HR Management information control & admin.
- Coordinates to other Line Manager in the scope of HR and related functions

【Must】
①15 years up in big manufacturing business and 7 years minimum experience in HR Management,
②HR Development, Salary benefits management, employee disciplinary action, and employee relation field.
③Strong knowledge of labor laws and other related laws.
④Good Microsoft Office (Advance Level Excel)
⑤Communicatio Level English英文
