• 工作内容

  - Identify new business opportunity and recommend new products introduction to meet market requirement.
  - Build up the good relationship with existing customer, always increase the good cooperation for long-term relationship.
  - Windows person to communicate with our existing/new customer to ensure all the customer’s requirement are served.
  - Correspondence with Domestic customer by phone/ fax/ email.
  - Develop the sales plan by quarterly and yearly basis based on the potential customer forecast and arrange the annual sales budget.
  - Co-ordinate with R&D dept. in order to develop and purpose the new potential aerosol products/technology to customer, meeting with customer to get their new requirement.
  - Provide relevant information to the product & business team during the quotation and pricing process. Lead the pricing review/approve process.
  - Co-ordinate with QA dept. in term of quality issue, handling customer complaint.
  - Report to Senior Customer Service Manager.
  - To ensure that the procedure SOP-M034Q has been implemented.
