  - Develop new software to support business requirements to meet company's standards in terms of design and coding
  - Conduct testing of programs following standards in terms of design and coding
  - Develop functions from specifications and write program test scripts and testing functions, unit testing of program functions
  - Ensure the implementation and adherence to customer's security policies
  - Write documents to describe program development, logic, coding and corrections
  - Assist users in solving operating problems and provide technical support, recreate steps taken by users to locate the source of problems
  - Provide training, user manuals and necessary document to users of a new and modified system
  - Perform additional responsibilities and complete any other appropriate ad-hoc tasks as directed by manager
