    - Create business strategies for retail solutions business in Thailand market
    - Develop new solutions and services to expand the retail business
    - Manage department resources and work with team members (Japan, Thailand, etc.) to execute the business plan, sales management, profit and costs of the department to achieve financial targets
    - Establish business relationships with potential customers in target retail segments (convenience store, hyper/supermarket, department store, speciality store)
    - Provide support to other entities in the APAC region for their retail solutions business development
    - Scope of responsible solutions include store/central system software & hardware, retail ICT consulting, maintenance support and services

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 36-45
    - Bachelor of Business Administration, Engineering or Science (MBA is a plus)
    - Work experience in acquiring new customers and developing new business
    - Work experience, minimum 5 years, in retail solutions or ICT division of a retail company
    - Work experience, minimum 2 years, in the team management of more than 5 people
    - Work experience in managing international business and working in multi-cultural organization is a PLUS
    - Proven ability to build business strategies and to manage and assure the execution of activities adhering to the strategy
    - Must be fully bilingual (Thai and American English, Japanese is a PLUS)
    - Excellent relationship-building, communication (written and ​verbal) and presentation skills are required (strategic negotiation skills will be a PLUS)
