  - Lead and manage financial and accounting activities (general responsibility)
  - Drive the process of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  - Conduct general supervision over financial, treasury, taxation and accounting matters
  - Handle monthly, quarterly and yearly account-closing operation on a timely basis
  - Generate and prepare reports and analysis of results, including investigation of variances and their interpretation
  - Coordinate with USA, Japan, other regional offices, and concerned persons for all aspects of financial reporting
  - Liaise with external and internal auditors, banks etc.
  - Responsible for the management of foreign exchange including hedging
  - Responsible for tax and accounting audit including VAT
  - Actively seek opportunities and execute productivity improvement
  - Supervise and manage local staff including training for their development
  - Act as business partner to General Manager, Sales, and Customer Service and actively provide advice on financial issues (PL, BS, inventory, cash flow, etc.) for operational decision-making
  - Ensure financial policies and procedures for local office as well as ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of internal financial controls per group company's requirements
