  - Supervise daily operations on payment functions, such as checking tax invoices, reviewing payment voucher, petty cash and cash advance
  - Ensure all payments are settled on time with accurate payment transactions
  - Support cash flow reports and manage cash surplus or deficit
  - Generate and prepare weekly cash balance report and monthly cash flow forecast
  - Ensure cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively
  - Perform reconciliation of bank accounts and support documents for financial reports on a monthly basis
  - Coordinate with banks for cash management banking and maintain positive relationships
  - Perform financial functions including all general ledgers, recording of invoices, obtaining proper signature approvals of expenditures and processing vendor payments and reconciliation
  - Prepare and monitor AR, AP and aging report with analysts
  - Handle and monitor output VAT reports and reconciliation
  - Perform other ad-hoc assignments
