  - Act as a key member of management team which is responsible for setting and delivering strategies for business.
  - Lead and drive budget and forecasting process.
  - Lead, mentor, and manage finance team, support growth agenda, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  - Participate in commercial negotiations with government departments, joint venture partners, customers, and suppliers.
  - Closely monitor monthly financial reports and variances against budgets and forecast including commercial support through KPI and financial analysis.
  - Keep a strong control environment ensuring effective financial, audit and compliance controls are in place as per Group Finance Policy and Procedures Manual as well as local regulatory requirements. This is achieved through clear authority matrix, auditing activity (internal and external) and regular performance reviews.
