    - Solve problems on equipment and space constraints
    - Closely monitor rate movement, reviewed filling rate, booking, and planning
    - Negotiate the best rates as per prevailing market conditions (exports and imports)
    - Update latest changes in surcharges and market situations
    - Develop and maintain relationships with ocean freight carriers and co-loaders
    - Work with Marketing & Sales Department for targeted customers to enhance FLC/LCL volumes
    - Supervise, train and coach junior staff for optimal performance
    - Submit quotations to customers and promptly respond to sales team members to close sales

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 38-50
    - Bachelor's Degree in any field
    - Work experience, minimum 8 years, in ocean freight forwarding
    - Good knowledge of products (Ocean Freight, FCL or LCL)
    - Good knowledge of FCL/LCL product printing
    - Positive relationships with carriers and/or co-loaders
    - Good command of spoken and written English (upper intermediate)
    - Effective negotiation, decision-making, and analytical skills
