    - Control and manage the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling job interviews, checking references, preparing interview templates, interviewing candidates, suggesting appropriate candidates to the supervisor, following up on the whole recruitment process, etc.
    - Responsible for the orientation and onboarding for new staff by planning and organizing routine and professional training to employees, developing human resources in various ways, etc.
    - Responsible for the payroll and benefits issues, monitoring and managing company attendance and vacation tracking, coordinating with payroll, managing social insurance, benefits and position of employees to coordinate with the development of organization, etc.
    - Develop and maintain relationships with employees by organizing and planning company appreciation events and team building activities
    - Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization, oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance
    - Undertake and support administrative and financial organizational processes within the organization
    - Prerare for the financial process of accounting, reporting, tax and treasury tasks of company with support from the accounting company, prepare reports for the accounting company and management persons
    - Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and company’s actual performance compared with the business plans
    - Other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai nationality, age between 30-40
    - Work experience, minimum 4 years, as an HR& Financial Manager
    - Work experience in a foreign organization, collaboration with international teams, and/or exposure in different work or company cultures
    - Good knowledge of HR, accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
    - Having professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA or similar ones will be considered a plus
    - Good command of spoken and written English and Thai (Chinese will be a plus)
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, accounting software, and databases, etc.)
    - Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
