  1. To lead and manage the entire team of Air Freight Import Service, and Operations of Air Brokerage Import, Export to ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with the legal and customs regulations.
  2. Planning. Organize, direct and control all functions concerned in Air Brokerage Deparmtent to ensure quality efficiently, profitablility, cost saving in accordance with copnay policy and customer requirments.
  3. To lead and manage the entire team of Air Freight Import Service, and Operations of Air Brokerage Import, Export to ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with the legal and customs regulations and the company’s regulations including to meet with our customer requirement in timely and on-time delivery.
  4. Managing total 290 subordinates including Customer Service Air Freight Import team and Operation.
  5. Monitoring and follow up claim process with airlines when daage occurred.
  6. Responsible for administrative functions such as controlling expenses incurred / budgeing in operation process .
  7. Working closely with customers, customs officer, colleagues and third parties to ensure smooth operations to deadlines.
  8. Acting as a consultant in customer services matters and customs matter.
  9. To coordinate and communicate with concerned parties to achieve the goal of customer
  satisfaction. Managing total 290 subordinates including Customer Service Air Freight import and Operation team for all branch such as Romklao Branch, Suvarnabhumi , Kantarat and Don Muang offices.
