  - Quotation preparation, negotiation, invoicing and purchase order (PO) issuing
  - Summary of accounting and financial activities of each project
  - Coordinating with BS section (import section) regarding order spare parts to ensure delivery schedules meet customer's requirements
  - Contacting local vendors to source out special tools as required in some case
  - Chiller after sale service including maintenance package, troubleshooting, etc. for local customers
  - Working closely with sales team & suppliers to ensure all technical support and service activities are understood and carried out
  - Control and communicate closely with the outsourced service company
  - Providing technical support to chiller operation, maintenance
  - Handling projects from planning until execution
  - Communicating with corporate chiller service section in Japan regarding service work
  - Interpreting and managing customer requirements, service maintenance management and controlling in accordance with the schedule timeline
  - Providing presentation to introduce products (to support sales team) to potential customers
  - Other related tasks as assigned by section manager
