  - Achieve 100% availability of equipment across the plant
  - Achieve 100% adherence to preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and lubrication schedule
  - Plan for critical and pending tasks and ensure completion as planned on a daily basis
  - Ensure productivity of technicians to the maximum capacity by planning and allocating jobs on a daily basis
  - Ensure breakdowns are attended immediately and achieve the targeted MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)
  - Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) at a regular interval and take permanent actions to prevent reoccurrence
  - Analyse repetitive problems of each equipment and develop detailed plan to improve MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure)
  - Responsible for safety of people working on the shop floor
  - Maintain discipline on the shop floor and in Maintenance Department
  - Responsible for operation and maintenance of utilities such as Air Compressors, RO plant, Chiller Plant, Cooling Tower, Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), AHU (Air Heating Unit), etc.
  - Responsible for maintaining and controlling documents as per TS 16949/IATF 16949:2016
  - Communicate and coordinate with production team about PM plan to ensure-on time completion
  - Responsible for problem-solving on a daily basis to improve the performance of each section
  - Identify critical spares and define minimum spares to be maintained in stock
  - Analyse the repair and maintenance cost and take actions to reduce cost and MT of maintenance cost
  - Discuss with Purchasing Department to engage AMC at optimal cost
  - Responsible for implementing 1S and 2S in the maintenance workshop
  - Train and develop subordinate officers to improve their capabilities
