    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 35-43
    - Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field
    - Work experience in freight forwarder or similar functions with an international freight management company for 7-10 years
    - Work experience in sales and marketing position in related business
    - Good command of English (communication and presentation)
    - Computer literacy (in Microsoft Office Suites, etc.)
    - Leadership qualities and people management skills
    - Having a service mind and teamwork spirit
