  - Finish month-end closing, financial statement, etc. to ensure accuracy of financial reports, and meet the deadline as determined by the Headquarter (within 7 business days)
  - Ensure compliance with local legal, statutory and taxation requirement
  - Monitor and review full scopes of finance and accounting, GL, A/R-receipt, A/P-payment, inventory, Fixed Asset and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
  - Prepare monthly account reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies
  - Review on cheque register and ensure all bank book are kept in safe
  - Supervise and delegate all responsible staff accountants for efficient outcomes and effective effort to accomplish accounting objectives
  - Liaise with Taxation Department and other related authorities
  - Responsible for internal control for procedure enhancement
  - Liaise with the Headquarter in Japan and our affiliate in Singapore
  - Analyze "management accounting" and "financial accounting" for costing and budgeting and develop necessary resolutions and/or improvements for management
  - Review the calculation for PND1 and the journal vouchers of payroll
  - Provide consultation of admin and HR tasks in accordance with Thai Laws
  - The scope of work: accounting 90% and administration 10%
