  - Contact and cooperate with customers in order to prepare all related document for import and export shipment.
  - Contact and cooperate with affiliate and/or overseas agent for shipment arrangement
  - Monitor shipment, milestone status and KPI compliance
  - Maintain business relationships with customers and provide the best service to meet customer's requirements
  - Responsible for financial billing process, issuing invoice, credit notes and cost control
  - Handle all complaints efficiently and satisfactorily with clear and concise communication
  - Assist in sales activities such as rates, visits, report etc.
  - Deal with overseas offices with clear-cut communication
  - Resolve problems proactively before difficulties escalate
  - Monitor problems and promptly report to Senior Manager and DMD
  - Coordinate with any related government agencies
  - Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes to improve performance of warehouse operations
  - Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
  - Ensure inventory accuracy and stock level in alignment with company policies (and provide effective plan)
  - Identify problem and root causes recognize opportunities and launch initiatives address various logistic Issues and improve overall logistics process
  - Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations
  - Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times and transportation cost
  - Recommend optimal transport modes, routes or frequency
  - Maintain standard of health and safety, hygiene and security
  - Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
  - Manage, coach and develop a high-performing team that meet agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
  - Control and conduct planning and coordinate in the delivery to perform effectively
  - Supervise and review department's reports as well as analyze and solve problems and improve work efficiency
  - Check and oversee the contracts of transportation service and warehousing services to be completely accurate
