  - Responsible for property management, marketing campaigns and strategies
  - Find second-hand properties for sale/rent located in the centre of Bangkok
  - Establish and maintain relationships with resales property owners, new project developers and any related third parties
  - Keep accurate and up-to-date listings of our properties in CRM and on websites
  - Follow and ensure owner service management is handled professionally
  - Handle all incoming telephone and email inquiries in a professional manner
  - Provide excellent customer service in all situations with customers
  - Handle customer complaints with professionalism and confidence
  - Report to supervisor on a weekly basis
  - Promote our properties and services to customers in different channel
  - Continuously adapt strategies for our properties in accordance with market trends to obtain more properties and sales opportunities
  - Analyse competition in the market and our results (and issue reports)
  - Define processes and organisation in the team to improve work efficiency
  - Other related tasks to accomplish targets
