    - Provide customers' support for the application of tools (product and project service)
    - Work closely with distributors as well as with our local engineering internal support for design and preparation of drawings and offerings for special tools according to customers' requirements
    - Carry out trial test and test cuts of Walter tools at customers' sites
    - Conduct training/seminars for distributors' sales and technical personnel as well as end-customers
    - Conduct assessment of customer complaints (technical) relating to applied cutting data
    - Maintain CRM-systems reporting with customer contacts

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-35
    - Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
    - More than 5 years' experience in tooling/precision or tooling industry
    - Extensive experience in metal cutting products and applications
    - Knowledge of CAD/CAM drawings of tools is preferred
    - Skills in presentation and office software
    - Having a valid Driver's License and willingness to travel
