  - Work closely with CEO in the initiation, design and implementation of HRD& OD programs system and interventions such as career development, talent management, etc.
  - Diagnose and identify organization, department and individual needs in order to plan for organization learning programs and develops various training program
  - Perform job analysis, evaluation, business mapping culture and team-based intervention
  - Initiate appropriate changes within organizational transaction activities
  - Act as a consultant to provide consultation and guidance to line managers for employee development program
  - Facilitate stakeholders/members on designed and implemented interventions
  - Handle the budget for the entire HRD/OD programs and control
  - Prepare the future talent through the internship program by screening, selecting and transferring to permanent employee including strengthening relationships with universities
