    Marketing
    - Ensure pre-opening tasks force operation is on the right track and in completion on time according to timeline managing by closely working with CEO
    - Drive the sales and marketing strategies according to HQ's standards
    - Meet budgets, P&L and exceed revenue targets
    - Liaise closely with the sales and revenue to ensure business is coming on the right track as well as with operation team in the HQ to maintain and satisfy service standard and guest satisfaction
    - Draw up plans and participate in budget concepts (revenues, costs, etc.) as well as develop improvement actions to carry out costs savings

    Operation Procedure/Human Management
    - Oversee daily activities on the hotel property including front-desk operation, reservations, customer services, cafe operation, housekeeping operation as well as property maintenance and appearances
    - Coordinate the planning of hotel management with regard to operation, timetables, and work schedules, employment of employees, etc.
    - Motivate a hotel team to deliver service standards by running the hotel in accordance with the standard operating procedures, policies, corporate as set out by company
    - Respond to emergencies/challenges/complaints

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-35
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Hotel Management or equivalent field
    - More than 5-7 years' experience in Hotel Operations
    - Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
    - Excellent verbal and written communication in English
    - Strong passion/motivation to work in new hospitality business
