    - Identify potential clients and decision makers within client's organization
    - Research and build business relationships with new clients
    - Arrange meetings between clients (decision makers) and company’s practice leaders/principals
    - Plan approaching strategies and work with team to develop proposals that meet client’s needs and objectives
    - Actively participate in setting up the solutions or service
    - Clarify and emphasize agreements to positive conclusions
    - Perform a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately
    - Present the image representing what clients needs

    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration
    - More than 3-5 years' experience
    - Others; Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism, CRM, and/or Microsoft Office
