  - Recruit, train, manage and motivate staff to ensure efficiency to increase sales
  - Manage three branches (company sales), in BKK (main branch), the north and south branches (Phuket)
  - Responsible for daily staff management, including completing and checking rotas, holding regular meetings and briefing team on new products and promotions
  - Promote brands and audit the performance of key product lines
  - Analyse daily, weekly and monthly sales figures to ensure branch profitability
  - Ensure new stock is ordered, received in time and put on display as required
  - Ensure premises and service levels adhere to company standards
  - Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
