    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 30-40
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related discipline from a reputable institution
    - More than 5 years' managerial experience in relevant sales (startup or logistics industry is a plus)
    - Willingness to roll up your sleeves and take accountability
    - Obsessed with ambition of sale and achieve targets
    - Fluent in English and Thai
    - Proficient in CRM programs is a plus
    - Excellent problem-solving, presentation and negotiation skills
    - Must have excellent presentation and communications skills
    - Proficient in planning and team development is a plus
