  - Formulate strategies for accounting, finance and internal audit to be in line with company’s strategies
  - Lead, manage and monitor all accounting standard functions and finance section such as A.P., A.R., invoicing, cost accounting, GL, taxation, banking, monthly closure and year-end closure, and as well as prepare all related financial reports to meet timeline and etc.
  - Ensure timely submission of all of the firm’s tax forms
  - Organize timely and accurate preparation of documentation pertaining to all of the firm’s tax responsibilities
  - Monitor tax risks and opportunities and lead projects to generate tax savings and mitigate tax risks
  - Lead the preparation of corporation tax returns for all legal entities and ensure submission on time and in full
  - Lead in preparation for the planning, budgeting forecasting and variance analysis as well as strategic business planning
  - Perform financial analysis, monthly reporting to senior management and feasibility study for special projects and act as business partner who provides valuable advice to business
  - Set up finance system, manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policies
  - Responsible for internal control and ensuring proper internal controls are in place
  - Ensure control activities are operated effectively in accordance with company's internal control manuals
  - Liaise with auditors and tax authority to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and standards
  - Maintain payroll and relationships with banks
  - Responsible for coaching, training and ongoing development of accounting, finance and internal audit team
  - Set targets or KPIs for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (accountants, internal auditors, etc.)
  - Responsible for staff management (20 people)
  - Perform ad-hoc task or special assignments as business needs or executive assigned
