  - Develop and expand the network of medical providers who accept direct billing in Thailand and South East Asia (SEA)
  - Develop and maintain positive relationships with the network of medical providers in Thailand and SEA
  - Provide and implement project management plan relating to network development
  - Set appropriate standard of performance and service quality for company and medical providers
  - Establish and negotiate agreements with medical providers
  - Provide training to medical providers about company's products and how to handle our clients
  - Monitor and ensure medical providers are able to meet corporate standard level of service
  - Coordinate and communicate with insured parties, network providers and company's claims team regarding medical providers
  - Report on any problems or complaints from medical providers in order to improve internal procedures and supervise staff to handle difficult cases
  - Coordinate local and international network activities with all relevant departments from other claims departments
  - Participate in or conduct improvement actions for the department and/or the division (improvement and standardization of procedures, creation of tools, changes to organization), including IT department
  - Intervene in difficult claims cases, liaise with insured members and the Precertification & Claims team in relation to the network of medical providers
  - Set and monitor Dept performance by optimising client ratification and maintain the number of major medical providers and cost management and etc.
