  - Work within assigned geography to execute business plan by focusing identified conversion target accounts
  - Provide ongoing support for the established Market Focused Plan
  - Ensure quotations for hardware/software include related attached services
  - Support local Rockwell Automation, distributor initiatives and marketing programs
  - Provide ongoing support to Sales Engineers in closing orders
  - Engage with distributors to develop specialist team and ensure awareness and appropriate knowledge of new and existing services and solutions
  - Support local marketing making seminars and initiatives and works with the District Channel Manager to give appropriate feedback on distributor performance
  - Manage effective communications between all team members
  - Build relationships quickly and effectively
  - Responsible for management processes (customer relationship) and increasing customer satisfaction levels
  - Meet monthly, quarterly and annual services order targets
  - Aggressively deploy growth initiatives
  - Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  - Understanding customer related ‘critical to quality’ measures and then drive business improvement through improving these measures
  - Utilise high level of expertise in and knowledge of Intelligent Motor Control, Medium Voltage, Standard Drives and Drive Systems
  - Demonstrate intermediate level of expertise and knowledge of Integrated Architecture, Motion Control, Components and Services and Solutions
