  - Responsible for corporate training and system development, conducting courses and ensuring that employees achieve the skills and knowledge to compete effectively and meet needed Business Unit
  - Conduct annual training and needed assessment of development
  - Design / introduce training and development programs and objectives based on the needs of organisation and individuals
  - Monitor and control training as planned
  - Estimate the costs of planned program and operate within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any training or development programmes
  - Implement the Training Road Map and the Career Development Plan for each position
  - Conducts follow-up training of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
  - Maintain good understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being engaged in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning modules
  - Develop and maintain organisational communications such as newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources
