  - Compile, review, analyse and reconcile, and interpret information of financial and insurance from various sources
  - Prepare work papers and summarise program underwriting results
  - Research, verify and/or retrieve data from various databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of data being reported by our customers on a quarterly and annual basis
  - Responsible for the collection of insurance data, data transfers, data manipulation and/or analysis, accounting, cash activity, financial and statistical reporting
  - Develop analytical and data mining solutions to improve customer acquisition, product upgrades/cross-sells and retention campaigns
  - Perform statistical analysis of both acquisition and policyholder sales marketing activities
  - Develop and maintain statistical models used to predict potential customers
  - Forecast the potential of insurers to lapse coverage and segment the current insured and uninsured member population for marketing campaigns
  - Coordinate in communication for daily, month-end, and year-end accounting and financial statements
  - Responsible for review, analysis and inquiries with respect to this information, including development and completion of management reports
  - Coordinate, track, analyse and report project results utilising technical research software and information from supporting systems
  - Work closely with management executive to prioritise business and information needs
