    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
    - Experience more than 15 years (Management level) for Production Assembly or Machining.
    - Experience in Japanese manufacturing industry (Automotive)
    {Advantage}
    - Knowledge of QC , TPS
    - Knowledge of ISO9001 , TS16949.
    - Good command of Japanese (N3) and good computer proficiency.
