    - Male only. Age 23-30.
    - Graduated in engineering majoring in electrical Engineering only.
    - Experience in at least 1 years in maintenance or related field.
    - Ability to understand drawing, improvement process (KAIZEN, TPS, TPM)
    - Have experience in electrical 1 years.
    - ISO, TS 16949.
    - Strong Leadership skill.
    - Fair command of English. Computer Proficiency.
