    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-35
    - Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Chemistry, Industrial, Polymer Science, Polymer Industrial, or in Rubber Technology
    - Minimum 3 years of Direct Experience in Rubber Compound Process in Manufacturing
    - Good Command of English
    - Able to operate PC Computer and using PowerPoint
    - Able to solve problems and handle urgency
