  Responsibilities (AP)
  - Support account payable and fixed assets function i.e. accounting entries, payment, petty cash, asset register
  - Month-end closing
  - Manage accounting data and preparing reports by using MS Excel and Access
  - Monitor and estimate monthly service charge from carrier vendors
  
  Responsibilities (AR) :
  - Issue invoice and bill placement to customers in compliance with customer schedule
  - Assign messenger and control of billing document filling
  - Deal with customers and salesperson in case of any dispute on the invoice
  - Monthly closing of AR related accounts i.e. banks, WHT, VAT, etc.
  - Preparing AR ageing report
  - Analyses monthly sales movement and project margin
  - Support sales team regarding tax matter (VAT, WHT)
