  - Ensure all activity of safety procedures are followed and all incidents are reported accordingly
  - Support all company's activities regarding ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001 and other activities which are required for improving company profit and reputation
  - Monitor and improve equipment efficiency
  - Plan preventive maintenance schedule of plant equipment and structure in accordance with production schedules to ensure equipment performs safely and optimally
  - Coordinate and supervise installation and commissioning of plant and equipment, including mechanical electrical utilities/facilities and trial run for new product
  - Propose modification and/or implements new plant equipment to meet specific production requirements, improve existing processes, reduce open cost and ensure production output and provide specification and investigation alternatives
  - Identify qualified contractors in the various discipline i.e. mechanical, electrical, and plumbing
  - Other assignments from Supervisor
