    - Lead all compliance matters and ensure the implementation are aligned with the company policy
    - Prepare FCPA on quarterly and annual reports
    - Conduct annual performance assessment and define goal setting for each direct report
    - Lead the budget preparation and ensure timely submission
    - Prepare monthly P&L and working capital forecast and ensure timely submission
    - Review monthly CAPEX forecast
    - Conduct actual performance analysis compared to Budget/Forecast and define corrective actions
    - Perform fully review month end closing with timely submission
    - Prepare monthly scorecard for the management team
    - Monitor cost saving initiatives following the commitment given to the region
    - Review and ensure the correctness of all taxes recording and timely submission of monthly/annual tax return filing and other tax matters in other accounting activities related to each project

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 37-45
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or in related fields
    - Minimum 5 years' experience in related functions
    - Extensive experience in Tax and Accounting in Thailand and knowledge of relevant law
    - Experience in abroad project accounting
    - Hands-on experience in financial control and reporting for manufacturing activities
    - Experience in management and leadership
    - Excellent command of English is a MUST
    - Strong knowledge of SAP Finance related modules

    - Reliable leadership and a good team player at the same time
    - Able to expose to multicultural working environment and adapt to a matrix and fast pace environment
    - Others; self-motivated, result-oriented, well-organised, and capability of working under pressure and time limit
