  PURPOSE;
  - Setup and implement sales strategies
  - Drive sales team to achieve target
  - Expand and increase the network of contacts and market shares
  
  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
  - Develop and implement successful sales strategies that led to the team exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis
  - Manage sales team to achieve target
  - Train and motivate the team to provide a better understanding of market/product
  - Direct sales forecasting activities and set the performance goal accordingly
  - Prepare reports and monitor organizational performance metrics
  - Maintain trusted relationship with existing business partners and develops new partners
  - Continue building and expanding the network of contacts in order to increase our current market shares
  - Demonstrate sales presentation to key clients and potential clients where required
  - Maintain the existing members
  - Set up process and collaborate with internal departments in order to enhance the efficiency of internal workflow
  - Plan, propose, and implement continuous improvements in procedures and strategies
  - Identify trends and recommend product lines

  - Current members and prospective clients
