  - Develop and implement business and marketing plans and strategies set out by management to achieve defined business target & objectives across all product categories
  - Responsible for team and staff management (sales team, sales admin and marketing team, 40 staff)
  - Responsible for sales and marketing activities overseas
  - Manage, support and respond to customer's requirements to ensure products and services meet the highest satisfaction of customers
  - Screen potential business deals by analysing the market, deal requirements, potentials and financial as well as evaluate options
  - Work closely with key distributors to provide consumer insights and business development expertise in order to drive performance
  - Travel overseas to conduct comprehensive market surveys and generate updated reports
  - Communicate with distributors to implement marketing activities, monitor and record data
  - Prepare market reports to evaluate each campaign’s effectiveness
  - Initiate and instruct on shipping transactions and appropriate logistics methods for business partners, distributors and customers
