    - Manage/handle/revise all customer order inquiries and confirm orders
    - Follow up customer orders with Commercial Support
    - Create a ticket and follow-up on customers and article master setup to enable efficient order entry
    - Create customer contacts/orders in SAP and coordinate with the delivery of materials
    - Create return order for issuing credit/debit note in SAP
    - Create Purchase Requisition and Good Receipt for SCM spending area including Sales Order for export and direct shipment orders and end-to-end process
    - Prepare export documents i.e. invoice, packing list and other required documents to ensure the smooth delivery
    - Coordinate with related departments both locally and APAC countries for customer orders and issues
    - Prepare reports and miscellaneous tasks upon assignment.
    - Build relationship with business units, customers, regional and global offices (if any)

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 23-27
    - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
    - Minimum one year's working experience in customer service
    - Good command of English
    - Able to work independently, self-motivated with good communication, and interpersonal skills are CRITICAL
    - Computer skills specifically in SAP and Microsoft Office
    - Able to set priorities and make decisions in a dynamic work
    - Analytical thinking, able to solve problems, and manage conflicts constructively
    - Service minded, co-operative, good team player with excellent organization, and coordination
    - Must be a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
