  - Manage supply chain inventory (finished goods, substrate and packaging) based on target levels, forecast demand and meet working capital requirements
  - Obtain customer’s forecasts and provide material requirement plans to suppliers
  - Compute and review the inventory targets to ensure these targets are appropriate to the forecast demand versus actual inventories in place to ensure shortages and excesses are minimised and communicated clearly
  - Manage VMI (vendor managed inventory) including replenishment, computation and inventory KPI
  - Facilitate new product introductions to ensure that all flows are set up and valid in place (forecast, ordering flow, logistics flow, packaging, special requirement and etc.)
  - Develop positive relationships and effective communication with customers and selling sites
  - Participate in and contribute to customer interface team's callings and meetings
  - Work closely with customers and selling sites in forecast accuracy improvement
  - Work closely with global team in customer satisfaction initiatives
