    - Advise and evaluate value of client's companies
    - Attend meetings with client's customers to discuss M&A
    - Responsible for due diligence and M&A consulting
    - Analyse and consult company financial system
    - Provide solutions to solve customers' problems
    - Responsible for staff management (in the future)
    - Report project progress to Japanese manager

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 27-40
    - Work experience in tax or business advisory as accounting specialist is a must
    - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required
    - Work experience in either (a) or (b) as follows (choose one)
    (a) Work experience in Big4 audit firms or related company is a must
    (b) Work experience in M&A advisory department in investment bank or stock brokage firm (optional)
    - Good understanding of M&A and related accounting skills
    - Having good connection with M&A local company
    - Having a full set of accounting skills
    - Good command of English (upper intermediate) is a must
    - Motivated to be CFO or CEO in the future
