    - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
    - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing company
    - Knowledge of cost and budgeting analysis in manufacturing company
    - Ability to set standard cost
    - Proficiency in ERP and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
    - Good communication and analytical skills
    - Good command of English
    - Hands-on, results-oriented and an active personality
