  - Planning and Setting Sales targets of assigned products.
  - Responsible for overall management Sales team (Paper) to hit sales targets every month.
  - Develop and give some advice to AE staffs to improve their work quality.

  - Expand business to the market and follow competitors' movement.
  - Keep good relationships with clients by visiting.
  - Coordinate to Marketing Department to produce and distribute product marketing to the market.
