  - Prepare forecasting requirements, annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyze variances and initiate corrective actions
  - Review and verify all vouchers and ensure that it has been recorded in Accounting Software and proper post to General Ledger accurately
  - Reconcile, adjust and amortize all accounting data and prepare monthly financial report (balance, profit & loss, cash flow, etc.)
  - Record fixed asset and maintain depreciation schedule and verify the validity for all items of fixed assets
  - Prepare monthly fixed assets report and other reports as required by supervisor
  - Supervise monthly stock ending report, cost report and inventory report
  - Supervise and resolve any other tax-related issues that may arise case by case
  - Supervise and ensure preparation and filing of monthly VAT return (Por Por 30) as well as input & output VAT reports
  - Supervise and ensure preparation and filing of VAT return for overseas transactions (Por Por 36)
  - Supervise withholding tax report for PND 3, PND 53, PND 54
  - Prepare and verify Corporate Income Tax (CIT) and submit PND 50, PND 51 forms
  - Prepare annual financial statements for auditing and contacting with auditors
  - Coordinate and interact with Revenue Department relating to taxation issues
  - Confirm financial status by monitoring revenue and expenses
  - Coordinate in the collection, consolidate and evaluate financial data and prepare special reports
  - Maintain accounting controls by establishing the chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures
  - Review and verify payment from Assistant Financial Manager before delivery to Head Office
  - Protect organization's values by keeping information confidential
  - Accomplish accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  - Maintain financial security by establishing internal controls to ensure proper accounting tasks, reports, policies and procedures are accurate and comply with established rules and principles
  - Guide other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and apply observations and recommendations to operational issues
  - Other assignments by Chief Financial Controller or Supervisor for all tasks in company group
