    - Troubleshooting daily computer hardware and software problems
    - Setting up, administering, maintaining and upgrading communication systems, local area network
    - Work closely with the Functional Teams and Users to gather requirements, design and develop solutions on SAP
    - Support user in order to prevent and avoid any impact to business  Day-to-day support for diagnosing and solving computer systems  Initiate creative idea to minimize IT cost, finding the corrective IT solutions
    - Other ad hoc duties as required

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, age not over 28 years
    - Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management Information System or related field.
    - Basic SAP support experience and IT support and network management  of experience installing, troubleshooting operating systems (Win 7/10/365), Microsoft Office, and other software;
    - Good command in English
    - Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment, service mind
    - Good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
