    - Plan, implement both HRM & HRD strategies to achieve business objectives, compliance with labour laws & regulations and corporate policy such as training & development programs career development plan, talent management and succession plans
    - Responsible for budget management of H.R. department
    - Develop recruitment channel, implement and update procedures (recruit, interview and select candidates to fill vacant positions)
    - Report to management executives and provide decision to support HR metrics
    - Establish and implement policy and procedures such as new HR policies, procedures and processes

คุณสมบัติ

  • คุณสมบัติ

    - Male or Female, Thai national, age between 40-45
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
    - Must have 8 years' experience in HR and 5 years' experience in management level
    - Must have experience in manufacturing field, especially automotive industry
    - Experience in leading a team of mid and junior level officers
    - Good skills in management and fluent in English
    - Strong skills in controlling and deploying policies to each department manager
    - Excellent time management and ability to prioritise and multitask
    - Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
    - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    - Teamwork player and ability to work independently and willingness to take on challenges
    - Ability to interact with all departments and levels throughout our organization
    - Required effective interpersonal skills
    - Ability to build rapport quickly with key members of executive team
    - Strong understanding of employment law
    - Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
    - Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
