    - Male, Thai national, age over 35
    - Bachelor's Degree or higher
    - More than 5 years' experience
    - Knowledge and understanding of product and production process
    - Able to use basic computer program
    - Able to use UG program and Master Cam to operate program
    - Knowledge of ISO/TS16949 and ISO14001
    - Others; leadership skills; decision-making; able to work under pressure
